KickMyGraphics! Create and edit animated Gif images (freeware)

KickMyGraphics is a small, intuitive freeware program to create and edit animated Gif images from various types of graphics. Purpose: enhance web graphics. Features are:

Import multiple video AVI, MPG, ASF, MP4 and other video types, import multiple animated Gif, regular Gif, Jpg, Bmp and Png files.

Editor: scale, stretch, zoom, pan, trim, rotate, reverse, loopback, reverse and loopback mode, skip frames, cut unselected frames, add images to existing animation, move frames inside frame strip, paste clipboard images, set delay, set repeat times, set output quality.

Preview: Full screen preview mode with mouse enabled scale, pan and zoom features; browser preview of last rendered Gif animation, open last render folder option.

Output: animated Gif images and extract selected frames to individual images.

Performance features: intuitive warning mechanism to prevent too slow animations, too large (memory consuming) animations and resize suggestions for importing high resolution graphics.





Version 1.0 is the first public release after some beta bug fixes in version 0.9.

Future release will support more frames. Not sure how much yet, that is a memory challenge....

It's a great software. Thanks very much, I've made some great gifs with it now. :D

p.s. Just to ask, is it possible to create longer gifs? Longer than a 300 frames?

KickMyGraphics Recorder is now being tested in beta and will be released in version 1.2 as embedded feature. KickMyGraphics Recorder will also be available (after installing) as separate tool to record parts of your screen directly to an animated Gif image. That image can be loaded directly to KickMyGraphics Editor for further deployment.

A major release is planned this spring - which will include more graphic editing options like adding text and shapes to the animations.

One of the few free and GOOD tools. Would be great to have a tool for grabbing animations. And an editor for adding text and stuff. Splendid after all!

Simple interface. Nice to have the clipboard function. Save as video possible in future would be nice

That is a good tool! Thanks --- I'm going to impress some of my audience by animating my own talking head...
